Everything was perfect from the good service to the good food. Great bed and room was lovely modern. The staff was very helpful, some of them especially. The location was favourable and unbeatable because it was close to the centre of Lviv as well as the huge Mall. It also was to the Lviv airport.

The stuff was really kind and positive, offered wake up service and ironing free of charge.

The location of the hotel was very convenient, being walking distance from the airport and just across the roundabout from a huge shopping center. This made it easy for me to fulfill all my needs during my stay. the room had a fresh and modern interior design, which made it feel cozy and comfortable.

One aspect that I did not enjoy was the thin walls of the hotel rooms. I could hear people talking behind their doors, which made it difficult for me to get a good night's sleep, especially after a long flight.

urban was a pleasant surprise! perfect location near the airport and big shopping mall. staff was friendly and helpful, offering extra services. clean room with cozy bed and fresh towels provided. exceeded our expectations for a short stay.

I absolutely loved the room at Urban Hotel! It had a cozy double bed and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. The private bathroom with a shower was clean and had complimentary toiletries. It made me feel right at home as a solo traveler.

Personally, I wasn't a fan of the twin beds option available in the rooms. Others might still enjoy it though!

The walls of the hotel are a bit thin, but the room itself is clean and comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised by the friendly and helpful staff. The hotel's proximity to a large mall with restaurants made finding a quick bite to eat easy. I would recommend this hotel.

The hotel offered two great amenities that made my stay enjoyable. the location was fantastic, with easy access to the main road and close proximity to the city center. This made it convenient for exploring all the attractions Lviv has to offer. the rooms were exceptionally clean and designed to a modern standard, with a comfortable bed and a good-sized widescreen TV. It was a pleasure coming back to a clean and cozy room after a long day of sightseeing.

There were a few drawbacks that affected my overall experience. The lack of soundproofing in the walls was a major issue, as I could hear every little noise from the neighboring rooms.
